You may notice that after signing up for our additional filtering service, that Youtube is not working. That's because our default filter level is set to 'Strong' (or 'Family') and at that filtering level, we set Youtube to 'restricted mode'.
In order to restore Youtube to full functionality, you can set the filter setting to 'Standard' (or 'Adult'). Go to the 'Filter' screen on your account page and click the 'Settings' tab (go here: FILTER).
Or, you can click the 'lists' tab and add Youtube.com to your 'allow' list (this way you can keep the other benefits of the 'Strong' filter setting).
