If a report recommends review because of an explicit image that Covenant Eyes captured from the user's device, then there will be a link on the report that the chaver can click to reveal a very blurred copy of the image.
On all reports (even if they don't recommend review), there will be a handful of blurred thumbnail pictures that represent a sample of the user's device activity.
Half of those pictures were taken completely at random from the set of images taken during the reporting period.
The other half is made up of those screenshots that were the most high-ranking images taken during the reporting period that did not meet the threshold of being considered explicit (according to the Covenant Eyes program). These images may not be at all of concern. However, different people have different sensitivities as to what is considered inappropriate. So this feature allows for the user to see what were the "worst" images captured.
