1. To verify that Covenant Eyes is working, locate on the Covenant Eyes app icon. Click HERE for help with finding the CE icon according to your device type).
2. Once you find the app icon, launching it (on mobile devices) or right-clicking on it will indicate at the bottom how many screenshots have been analyzed. If you see that then you know it's running.
3. Next, log in to your WebChaver account, click on the 'Reports' tab and generate a report from your account. Set the reporting period for only today. You should see recent activity from your device. If you have multiple devices, check the 'Devices' section at the bottom of the report to verify that they are all active. If your device is reported to be inactive, Covenant Eyes may not be running.
NOTE: Please wait 15 minutes from installation before checking this. If the report says 'no activity' or that the status of your device is inactive, wait two hours and try again (sometimes it can take that long).
